The Saint Mary’s College High School Boys Skill Development Camp will be a total immersion rugby experience for high school boys ages 14-18 years. Led by our SMC coaching staff and players specializing in the many arts of our sport, total immersion camp includes field time and movement analysis, classroom sessions focused  on mental & emotional wellness, nutrition, cardio demands and rugby specific strength training. A string of visits into the beautiful hills of Moraga goes without saying!
